BrokerOffice is sold as a monthly subscription, with multiple options based on how much volume you do. Each account enables unlimitted access to the online application where users can benefit from all the features we have to offer. Each account provides:
- Web-based access to online help, user forums, online FAQs and video support.
- UNLIMITTED listings published to Syndication Sites
- UNLIMITTED agents & offices
- UNLIMITTED leads captured and forwarded to you
There are four packages, and each is priced as a monthly charge.

Notification of Changes
Emphasys Software reserves the right to change pricing terms, policies and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion and your purchase signifies your acceptance of any subsequent changes to the terms, policies and conditions. If there are any changes to our pricing terms, policies or conditions we will add these changes to our pricing page and other key pages on our website. Additionally, notification by the primary account e-mail within your profile will be made to those customers affected by any change. Your current purchase is a contractual commitment for the specific length of time for that purchase and may not be reduced without our approval. Any changes to our pricing terms will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to the effective date of the change.
